Summer Photographs

Last August I spent some days in Paris with my family. I had been in Paris before but in a way I can say that I discovered the city again!
Do you recognize the places?

I know summer is over, but I'm sure you all have got memories of it: a trip with your family or friends; a good book you read; a nice walk with a special friend, a place you just discovered; going around with friends...The list is really endless.

Possibly you took photographs of these so fantastic moments. Why don't you share them with your classmates amd me?

Display some of these photos. Write a few sentences about them and make a label or photograph caption to go beneath.

Welcome

Let me welcome you most sincerely and wish you a happy school year!

Adverts

How do you feel about TV adverts? Do you like them? Do you think they're boring? What's your favourite TV advert?

How many brands of chocolate can you name?

WATCH the videos.

A. Complete the tasks that are in the worksheet I gave you. You can work in pairs.

B. Which advert did you like best? Why?

C. Design your own TV /radio advert.
You can work in groups of 3 or 4 people.
You have to decide what you want to advertise, what it's called, the slogan, etc
You also have to write a short script for the advert.

D. You should record it: This can be filmed as a video (for a TV advert)
or an audio (for a radio advert).
Material needed: mobile phone/mp3 recorder, digital camera.
